2. What do I receive when I order a template?

After you complete the payment via our secure form, then you will receive a confirmation email with link(s) todownload .zip(s). The .zip file(s) contains the following: PSD file(s), HTML file(s), fonts and advanced clipart library.

You will need unzipping software to open the .zip archive. Windows users may visit www.HotScripts.com or www.WinZip.com.Mac users may visit www.StuffIt.com.

3. In what formats are your templates available?

Website templates are available in Photoshop and HTML formats. Fonts are included with Photoshop file. In mosttemplates HTML is compatible with Adobe GoLive, Macromedia Dreamweaver and Microsoft Frontpage.

4. What am I allowed and not allowed to do with the templates?

You may:

  • Build a website using the template in any way you like.

You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute templates (like we do).
  • Claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of content providing companies and individuals.
  • Make more than one project using the same template (you have to purchase the same template once more in order tomake another project with the same design)

5. What is the difference between unique and non-unique purchase?

NON-UNIQUE PURCHASE:

Non-exclusive purchase means that other people can buy the template you have chosen some time later.

UNIQUE PURCHASE:

Exclusive purchase guarantees that you are the last person to buy this template. After an exclusive purchase occurs thetemplate is being permanently removed from the sales directory and will never be available to other customers again. Only you and people who bought the template before you will own it.

6. Is it reasonable to make unique purchase of template that was already purchased before?

Yes. Because there is very small chance that you will find the same design on the net. There are more than 3,000,000,000 webpages online now according to statistics on www.google.com.

7. Is the license a one-time fee payment?

Yes, the payment for your template is a one-time fee without any additional charges. After purchasing you may use the template as many times as you need for one website.

8. Is it possible for me to pay one price and have access to all downloads for a certain amount of time?

Sorry, we do not provide membership based services.

9. I would like to make payment by company check. Is that possible?

Please use MoneyBookers payment option. They accept payments by check.

10. Is there any return policy?

Since our company is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, whichyou are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any article at our site. Please make sure that you`ve carefully read `sources available` section. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date.

11. I ordered a template but haven`t received the download information.

12. I was billed twice. I received 2 emails from merchant

Make sure that these charges have different order IDs. If it is so, contact our billing department.

13. Is it possible to reactivate my download link if it was deactivated after 3 days?

Yes. Please contact our billing department and they will reactivate your link.

14. I would like to purchase a template, but it is not available on the site anymore.

The template has been sold out for exclusive price. Look for similar templates in our collection!

15. How can I modify a template to suit my particular website?

16. Are your templates Microsoft FrontPage compatible?

Most of templates come with HTML that is compatible with Adobe GoLive, Macromedia Dreamweaver and Microsoft Frontpage.Please check the `sources available` field in the template preview window.

17. What is Adobe Photoshop?

Adobe Photoshop is the world`s most popular graphics editing package. You can find more info about Photoshop and download afree trial version at Adobe website.

18. What software do you recommend for making HTML?

We think that Macromedia Dreamweaver is the best.

19. How can I modify flash portion of the template?

You need to use Macromedia FlashTM to edit animated part of the template. Please visit the site of the developer:http://www.macromedia.com/software/

20. When I try to open the flash fla file, I get an error Unexpected file format.

This means that .fla file is incompatible with your Flash version. Please install Flash MX2004 or Flash 8 (check the software requirements to the template) to edit this file.

21. Can I edit flash template in Swish?

No. Our flash templates can be edited only with Macromedia FlashTM

22. Can I change the pictures on the flash animated website and put my own pictures instead?

Yes, you can.

23. What is the best place to find photos/images for modification of my template?

We recommend you to purchase images from www.gettyimages.com.

24. I was wondering if you could give me the contact info for a particular designer?

Sorry, our corporate policy prohibits direct contacts with contractually obliged designers.

25. Is it possible to use your layouts to develop websites for others?

Yes. Mind that when you purchase the template with ordinary or exclusive licence you`re entitled to create only one project (one domain name).

Q. Will you place ads on my site?
A. We will NOT place ads on your site. We do require a "Another Design by World Telcom" link back to our site, which is placed at bottom of each page to your website.

Q. What will it cost to have your staff customize the website layout I purchase?

Our design staff can customize it for you for $250 flat customization fee. Our design staff can customize and set up your site within 24-72 hours.

Q. Do you allow sites to advertise for money, on their web site?
A. Yes, we allow sites to have commercial advertisements.

 

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. Paypal, including credit cardsand check by mail (Checks require 4-6 weeks processing).

 

Q. Are your server's Unix, or NT?
A. Our servers are Linux Red Hat 7.3. and Red Hat 9.0

Q. Is tax included with my monthly service/hosting fee?
A. Yes, tax is included within the price.

 

Q. What control panel do you use and do you have a demo?
A. We do not provide our clients access to individual control panel, as we handle update/maintenance of clients site, through our hosting service.

Q. Can I pay monthly for hosting?
A. No, you must pay quarterly for our monthly service/hosting fee plan. You pay $59 per month for total of $177 for each quarter that you allow us to host your site.

 

Q. Do you pay for referrals?
A. Yes, we pay flat rate of $25 per referral only after website is completed and client has paid in full. Referrals are paid out on 30th of each month for all websites complete and paid in full by 15th of same month.

 

Q. How long does it take to setup my account?
A. Your account will be setup in approximately 24-48 hours for hosting and depending on your site designing requirements, we usually can have you active within 24-72 hours.

 

Q. Are there any hidden costs, or setup fees?
A. No, Rising Sun Web Solutions spells this out in our contract for design services rendered to you.

 

Q. Do you offer graphic designing for my print needs?
A. Yes, we can handle graphic design layouts for brochures, flyers, newsletters, letter head, business cards and more. Just visit our Graphic Design link for more info.

 

Q. Can I transfer my site to another hosting service?
A. Yes, as long as your hosting account is current, we would be happy to transfer your hosting to another service. 90 days notice is required before any account can be transferred. Account transfer usually only takes about 24-48 hours depending on setup of other carrier. However, you will be required to maintain the "Another Design by World Telcom" link back to our site on all pages of the site, regardless of who hosts the site, failure to do so will require penalty payment of $500 and/or possible copyright infringement issues.

Q. I use Outlook Express for organizing and viewing my emails. Can you set up my site emails to be configured with Outlook Express?
A. Yes, we can set this up for you or forward your site emails to email address of your choice.

 

Q. Where do I go to check my emails using my browser?
A. You will access your emails through Webmail 2.0 panel.

Billing

 

Q. Can I cancel my hosting account?
A. Simply email us why you wish to cancel 90 days prior to your quarterly billing date, and we process your request in less then 24 hours, however your account must be current for transfer request to be processed.

 

Q. How do I make a payment?
A. Once you initially make your first quarterly payment on our hosting page, you will automatically receive invoice by email each quarter thereafter. You simply remit payment per instructions.

 

Q. How do I cancel my entire account including website?
A. If you wish to close your account simply email us your request and why you wish to cancel. You must also include "I give you permission to delete my website and all of it's content." We encourage you to have alternate hosting service to transfer your website to, or you will lose all content. We will hold your files of your website for 14 days to give you time to find alternate hosting company. After 14 days, your site and all it's content will be deleted. However, please understand that we and/or our affiliates retain all rights to design of your site. You must retain link: "Another Design by World Telcom" on all pages of site, regardless of who continues maintenance of your site through life of your site. You do not own design of site. Failure to do so will require penalty payment of $500 and/or possible copyright infringement issues.
